Dr. Dou performed research on motion model based 4DCT during his dissertation research at UCLA. He received his clinical medical physics training in the teaching hospitals of Harvard Medical School. His research interests are motion management for proton therapy, machine learning/radiomics, and patient cancer therapy outcome analysis. His clinical interests are Pencil Beam Scanning proton therapy and quality assurance for radiation oncology.
